In his search for recovery, he immersed himself in various health-enhancing practices, which led him to a deeper appreciation of the transformative power of a conscious lifestyle. The sauna claimed a special place among all the tools he explored—alongside healthy nutrition, physical activity, and meditation.

After years of studying the field and carefully reviewing a vast array of scientific articles and research by leading experts from around the world, he now sees the sauna as one of the key pillars of holistic well-being.
